Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible items for a refund or an exchange.

Cancellation. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Eligibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some health and personal care items are non-returnable. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to start a return. Email us at dianthushome@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at dianthushome@gmail.com.

Partial refunds. Partial refunds may be granted for: any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at dianthushome@gmail.com and we will make it right with a refund or a replacement.

Sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
